Scrumdiddly’s create ice cream parlours with a difference. Everything is about the experience. Like the 2,400 combinations of Scrummy Tub you can make, or diving into a Scrumnoffee, Scrumnana Boat or a Scrummy Mess. John, along with his business partners (his sister and brother-in-law) developed the brand, created the product and constantly look for new ways to excite. It was recently voted in the ‘Top 8 Ice Cream Parlours in Europe’ by Ryanair and also for the 'AIB Start Up of the Year'.
